When Your Wallet Is Empty, but Your Heart Wants to Give

I'm stuck in a tough spot. For a year and a half, I've been sending a little money every month to a brother in Gaza just to help him get by with food. Alhamdulillah, I recently got a job offer abroad, but it needs a lot of savings for the move. I had to tell him, with a heavy heart, that I can't support him anymore, and he was so kind about it. May Allah ease his affairs. We didn't speak for a month. Then out of nowhere, he messaged me again, begging for help. Things are so tight now, I'm not even sure I can take this job. I'm at a loss. What should I do? Any advice from the ummah? Jazakum Allahu khairan.
