How to Begin Praying as a New Muslim

Assalamu alaikum, everyone. I'm a revert – I was raised Christian, but after studying Islam a lot, I decided to embrace it. Honestly, I haven't made time to learn how to pray yet, and it feels like I'm just making excuses because I'm lazy. I really don't know where to start. Should I learn Arabic first, or just memorize the prayer words? How do I fit the prayer times into my daily routine? Do I have to wake up early for Fajr and then try to sleep again? And what if I'm outdoors during the day and can't find a place to pray? I have so many questions. Can someone help me with the first steps and some instructions? Jazakum Allahu khairan.
