Salaam sisters! Just had a few Islamic questions I'm hoping to get some clarity on.

Hey everyone, I'm feeling a bit confused about some things and thought this would be the best place to ask for some advice. If you know the answers to any of these, I'd really appreciate if you could share! 1. I'm trying to properly learn how to do ghusl after menstruation, but every source seems to say something different-what's the correct way? 2. In my prayer space, I have a mirror in front of me and sometimes catch myself looking at my reflection while praying. Is that permissible? 3. Are nose piercings considered halal for women? 4. Is it acceptable to let the shape of earrings be visible under my hijab, without showing any part of the ear itself? 5. Is there any issue with a Muslimah keeping her nails long?
