Hardiknas 2026 in Jember: Student Creativity Exhibition and Revitalization of 124 Schools
The commemoration of National Education Day (Hardiknas) 2026 in Jember Regency prioritizes productive activities through a large-scale exhibition showcasing the creativity of students and teachers at the Griya Wiyata Hall. The exhibition divides booths based on regional clusters such as urban, plantation, agricultural, and fishery areas to represent local potential.
Head of the Jember Education Office, Arief Tjahyono, stated that this event serves as a platform to prove that the quality of Jember students' work has high competitiveness. The series of activities involves all levels of education, from kindergarten/RA to SLB (special education schools) and PKBM (community learning centers).
Amid the event, Arief announced the revitalization process of 124 school points in Jember in 2026, with a budget of nearly Rp 90 billion from Central Ministry funds. He emphasized that this achievement is the result of the hard work of the Jember Regent to realize more adequate educational facilities.
