My skin used to be clear, now it's red with rosacea and huge pores. Making dua feels hopeless because who gets their pores to actually shrink?

Assalamu alaikum. I really need some Islamic advice because I can't stand seeing my own reflection anymore. My skin was once smooth and beautiful, but after using the wrong products I'm stuck with constant redness and huge pores all over my face. I've tried so many things, even lasers, and nothing worked. I want to turn to Allah and make dua for this to go away, but I feel like I'd be the only person in the world whose pores ever shrank back. What can I do?
