ISCEA Indonesia Successfully Holds Expert Class Vol. XI Discussing Supply Chain Risk Management Strategy
The Expert Class Vol. XI series with the theme "Supply Chain Risk" organized by ISCEA Indonesia from April 22–25, 2026, was successfully held online. The event was attended by 85 participants, with 35% of them coming from managerial and senior levels, indicating a high need for understanding risk management in today's global supply chain complexity.
On the first day, Muhlas Hanif Wigananda, CSSCP, delivered a session on SC Risk Identification & Mapping. This material helped participants understand how to identify and map potential risks across the entire supply chain network, including multi-tier suppliers, with an emphasis on the importance of risk visibility to recognize operational vulnerability points.
The second day featured Edward Cesario, CSCM, who presented material on Mitigation Strategies & Contingency Plans, introducing various mitigation strategies and approaches for developing effective backup plans. The third day's session was led by Senjaya Hidayat with the topic Recovery Plan Case Study, where participants learned about designing and executing recovery steps during disruptions through various real-world case studies.
