Dealing with Difficult Parents

Assalamu alaikum. I'm struggling with my parents who are quite harsh and it's affecting me deeply. Does anyone have advice on how to cope with a tough family situation and stay strong until I can become independent and live on my own, insha'Allah? JazakAllah khair.
