Child Safety Standards
Salam.life maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We are committed to keeping our community safe and to complying with applicable child safety laws, in line with Google Play's Child Safety Standards.
What is prohibited
Salam.life strictly prohibits any content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers minors, including:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any format — images, video, or text
- Grooming, sextortion, or solicitation of minors
- Trafficking or any other sexual exploitation of children
- Any content that sexualizes minors
How to report
If you encounter content or behavior that may involve child safety, you can report it:
- In the app: use the report option available on any post, comment, or user profile.
- By email: contact us at info@salam.life.
How we respond
When we become aware of CSAE content or behavior, we act promptly:
- We review the report.
- We remove the offending content.
- We suspend or permanently ban the responsible account.
- We preserve relevant evidence.
- We report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the relevant local or national authorities, and cooperate with law enforcement.
Compliance
Salam.life complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations and cooperates with relevant authorities in the investigation of CSAE.
