Allah’s Wisdom in Our Decisions

Assalamu Alaikum! I wanted to share a beautiful insight about how Allah deals with us. I work in tech, making software for clients. Most times, clients aren’t sure what they really want, so we guide them by getting their input throughout the whole process. We ask questions, let them decide on key things, and that makes them feel a part of it. When we do that, they’re usually happier with the final result. But if we just ignore them and build whatever, they end up dissatisfied. This made me think about Allah’s mercy. He blessed us with free will-we get to make choices and pour our hearts out in dua. He actually listens and lets us ask for whatever we desire. He might grant it, or He might not, but it’s never about Him ignoring us. Sometimes, we’re like those clients: we don’t really know what’s best for us. In those times, Allah’s plan overrides ours, not out of neglect, but because His knowledge is complete and He knows what we can’t see. So, trusting His wisdom is what brings true contentment. May this reminder bring you comfort in every situation. Ameen.
