Wondering About the Etiquette of Saying Bismillah

As-salamu alaykum, everyone. I had a quick question about saying Bismillah before eating. I usually start my meal with a drink. If I say Bismillah before drinking, does that count for the whole meal, or should I say it again when I start the food part? Also, I tend to take breaks while I'm eating-like, I'll pause and check my phone for a few minutes, but I'm still sitting at the table. If the break is short, around 5 minutes, do I need to say Bismillah again when I go back to eating? I sometimes overthink these things, and since I'm a revert, I just wanted to make sure I'm doing things right. Jazakum Allahu khayran for any advice!
