Will my repentance for my tattoos be accepted by Allah?

Assalamu alaikum, I’ve got five tattoos and I deeply regret them. A doctor removed two, but said the rest can’t be taken off without causing burns and harm because they’re deep and large. I’ve turned to Allah in repentance and begged for forgiveness, but the guilt still weighs heavily on me. Will Allah accept my repentance? What else can I do to make amends?
