Seeking to Deepen My Understanding of Islam

Assalamu alaikum everyone! I recently embraced Islam, and while my husband's encouragement played a part, I've always believed in one God and felt a connection to the scriptures, so the Quran resonated with me. We've been married for about 9-10 months now, and being in a long-distance relationship has shown me how wide the cultural differences can be. Sometimes he assumes things that catch me off guard. I genuinely want to engage more with the faith-prayer and worship are important to me, and I'd love to learn the proper practices. Any advice on how to grow in my understanding, especially as a Muslim woman? I'm curious about the little cultural nuances that I might not pick up from my husband.
