Where to Start Learning About Islam? Feeling Overwhelmed as a Beginner!

Assalamu alaikum everyone! I'm not Muslim yet, but I'm really interested in learning about Islam. The thing is, there's just so much info out there-Quran, hadith, seerah, fiqh... I don't even know where to begin! Can someone kindly point me in the right direction? Maybe suggest some simple resources or steps? JazakAllah khair for any help!
