Committee Reveals Scheme for NU Congress in Jombang, Participants Picked Up and Driven Around in Golf Carts

The Local Committee for the 35th Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) Congress is finalizing preparations ahead of the event at Bahrul Ulum Islamic Boarding School in Tambakberas, Jombang. A technical coordination meeting with the Central PBNU Committee discussed the reception and mobility mechanisms for participants (muktamirin). The Head of the Local Committee, KH Abdurrozaq Sholeh, said the coordination was to align technical details between the central and regional committees, including pick-ups at Juanda Airport and terminals. The core area of the boarding school will be cleared of motor vehicles to reduce noise, and the committee is providing golf carts for mobility within the area. Traffic arrangements are assisted by the Jombang Police Traffic Unit.
