Seeking Advice on Salah with a Night Shift Schedule

Assalamu alaikum, everyone. I work through the night, from 11 PM to 8 AM. Alhamdulillah, I don't have any issues praying Fajr, Dhuhr, and Asr on time. The part I'm struggling with is Maghrib (around 6 PM) and Isha (around 7:30 PM). To manage, I sleep after Asr and wake up around 10 PM to get ready for work, which gives me about 6 to 7 hours of sleep, alhamdulillah. My question is: is it permissible for me to combine Maghrib and Isha prayers together around 10:30 PM before I head to work? I always make sure to pray on time during my days off, insha'Allah.
