Navigating Naseeb While Avoiding the Haram
Assalamu alaikum, everyone. In Islam, marriage is truly the only halal relationship path. It's hard not to notice these days that a lot of people are in haram relationships. I was thinking about something I read recently about a sister. She met a brother who was involved in a haram situation at the time. Instead of interfering, she just made sincere dua for him, kept her distance, and trusted in Allah's plan. Months later, he ended that haram relationship, and now, alhamdulillah, they're married. It got me wondering: what's the Islamic perspective on someone who's currently in a haram relationship? Are they considered 'single' in the religious sense? And is it okay to make dua that someone might be your naseeb if they're in that situation, or is that completely off limits? I'd love to hear thoughts from the community.
