Is it haram to buy a "healing crystal" just for decoration?

Assalamu alaikum, I've seen something online-pretty gems on a string meant to hang by the window. The seller calls them "healing crystals." I honestly just want them to make my home look nicer, not because I think they have any special powers or anything astaghfirullah. But I'm a bit uncomfortable since they're labeled that way. Is it okay to get them just as decoration, since I don't believe in any mystical effects? Jazakum Allahu khairan.
