I asked if Allah could help me, and He showed me His mercy
As I shared before, I’m supposed to have my third surgery this week. I had used up all my savings on the first two, so I was really short for this one. I wasn’t really praying consistently before, but after some brothers and sisters encouraged me, I started trying. I’m still working on being regular, but I’m making an effort. Yesterday after Asr, I sat for about five minutes, feeling overwhelmed, and kept repeating this ayah: ﴿الَّذِينَ قَالَ لَهُمُ النَّاسُ إِنَّ النَّاسَ قَدْ جَمَعُوا لَكُمْ فَاخْشَوْهُمْ فَزَادَهُمْ إِيمَانًا وَقَالُوا حَسْبُنَا اللَّهُ وَنِعْمَ الْوَكِيلُ﴾ Then today, out of nowhere, I got a call from a brother about a project I had submitted ages ago and totally forgot about. I didn’t even remember who he was. And somehow, I ended up receiving money from something I had completely given up on. I was waiting for someone else to return a loan, but he’s not even picking up my calls. Honestly, I used to think maybe Allah was displeased with me because of my many sins and because I wasn’t praying properly. But today really changed my heart. And now I’m putting my trust in Allah, hoping He will grant me complete healing after this surgery. If He can open a door from a direction I never imagined, I believe He can cure me too. If He can do this, He can heal me as well. 🤲 حَسْبُنَا اللَّهُ وَنِعْمَ الْوَكِيلُ
