Can a wrong start turn into a blessed marriage?

Salam alaikum, I've been pondering something as a Muslim. If a connection began in a way that wasn't halal, can it later become halal and still get barakah from Allah? I'm not here to judge-just trying to understand tawbah, intentions, and marriage in Islam when hearts are involved. If two people truly want to fix things, stop the haram, and do it right with nikah, can Allah bless that union? I'd love soft, sincere insights 🤍 May Allah guide all of us.
