Alleged Sexual Violence at Unisma Malang, Two Female Students Become Victims

The Islamic University of Malang (Unisma) through its PPKPT task force is currently investigating alleged sexual violence against two female students. The examination of the victims was conducted on Thursday (23/7) prioritizing identity protection and psychological support. The head of the PPKPT task force, Dwi Mariyono, stated that the Investigation Report (BAP) process lasted six hours and will be continued with related parties. The handling refers to the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology Regulation Number 55 of 2024. Unisma ensures that the victims receive psychological support and legal aid. The university asserts its commitment to creating a safe academic environment and processing reports objectively.
