Why Does My Fajr Prayer Take So Long?

Salam everyone. I'm really struggling with my Fajr prayer taking too long. Just the fardh rakaahs, with the basic required recitations, take me 20 to 30 minutes from Takbeer to Tasleem. I only say the essential Duas and Surahs, nothing extra. Plus, making sure my qiblah direction is correct and doing the minimum wudu adds another 15 minutes. I don't speak Arabic, so I often mispronounce letters, and sometimes that changes the meaning, which makes me redo parts. I also get twitchy during Salah, which distracts me. I'm worried this will affect my job prospects in the future. I also fear my Islam might not be accepted, so please keep that in mind when advising. Any tips, brothers and sisters?
