Trusting Allah Through Hard Times - Please Keep Me in Your Du’as
As-salamu alaykum, this is a bit difficult to write right now, but I need to share and ask for your du’as. I used to be in dropshipping, but back in February something unexpected happened - someone I trusted betrayed me, and since then things have been unraveling both financially and emotionally. At the moment I’m behind about seven months on rent, plus service charges, utility bills, my child’s tuition, and a few personal debts. I’ve been trying to make ends meet by offering social-media services and doing video editing work for local clients. It helps a little, but money is still really tight. A few days ago my landlord put a lot of pressure on me, so I managed to pay one month’s rent, one month’s service charge, and part of the grocery debts. But about six days ago my monitor completely died - the repair shop said the panel is gone and can’t be fixed. My work depends on that monitor, so this setback has made everything much harder. I’m doing my best to stay calm and keep tawakkul (reliance on Allah). I believe when He closes a door, He’s preparing a better one. Please remember me in your du’as. May Allah grant me a way to replace the monitor, ease my hardships, and reward everyone who prays for me. "And whoever relies upon Allah, then He is sufficient for him." (Qur’an 65:3) JazakAllah khayr for reading.
