Scholars and Imams with Chronic Illnesses or Disabilities?

Assalamu alaikum, does anyone know of scholars or imams who are disabled or have chronic conditions? I'm asking because I'm disabled myself, and I haven't seen someone like me in a position of religious authority. It often feels like our unique challenges and experiences as disabled people are overlooked by the scholars. Jazakum Allahu khayran for any help.
