Praying for a Miracle After a Tough Decision

As-salamu alaykum, everyone. I'm really struggling right now after finding out I didn't get into the university I had my heart set on. They said there's no way to appeal, but I keep thinking that nothing is beyond Allah's power-if He wills, the impossible becomes possible. I know Allah is the best of planners and has something better in store, but I also believe there's no harm in being a little 'delusional' and begging Him to overturn this. It’s never happened before at that school, but I just can't help hoping and making dua for that miracle. With the Day of Arafah near, I’m clinging to that hope and asking Allah, in His infinite mercy, to somehow turn my denial into an acceptance. If you’re reading this, please, I’m begging you to make dua for me. I feel completely helpless right now. May Allah ease all your hardships and grant you what’s best for you too. Ameen.
