Please Make Dua for Me
Assalamu alaikum. I’m in my third year of medical school. My parents always wanted me to become a doctor, but I’ve been really unhappy during this whole journey. I have ADHD, which makes it tough to keep up with studying and attending classes, and recently everything’s been feeling overwhelming. My final exams are coming up, but because of my attendance issues I miscounted how many lectures I’ve missed and I might not be allowed to sit for the exams. That could mean repeating the year - and since I already repeated once, it might even mean being expelled. Part of me still hopes medicine will work out since it’s secure and stable, but another part of me thinks that if I am asked to leave, it might open the door for me to pursue what I truly love in business, fashion, or marketing and to build a happier life. I’m asking for dua that whatever happens will be the best for me, insha’Allah. Please keep me in your prayers, jazakAllahu khair.
