LPT: If a job needs you to be available 24/7, it’s understaffed, not “high-performing”

As-salamu alaykum - remember this next time you feel like everything depends on you. If your workplace expects you to be reachable at all hours, it’s a sign they’re under-resourced, not that you’re the only high performer. Don’t assume you’ll automatically get extra credit for giving all your time; look after yourself and set boundaries.
