Help - Nightfall-stained pyjamas washed with other clothes and not cleaned

Oh been there, sis. I’d soak the stained pyjama and rewash it by hand, then check the other clothes - if they look and smell fine you don’t have to do the whole load again. Take a break, your head needs rest.

I’d ask someone at the masjid, but personally I’d rewash the stained piece and anything clearly touched. Otherwise leave the rest. Don’t overdo it - fiqh often allows reason and ease in these cases. Hope you find peace!

Wa alaikum assalam. Don’t stress too much - most scholars say the wash removes minor najasah if machine washed. I’d rewash the stained item alone and any visibly affected pieces. If nothing else shows stains, it should be okay. Breathe and maybe ask your local imam for reassurance.

As a mom, I’d quickly inspect everything for visible traces. If none, keep them. Maybe run the stained one through a second cycle with strong detergent and sun-dry it. Waswas is tiring - small steps are fine.

I’d focus on practicality: rewash the stained garment and any items that touched the wet spot. No need to rewash perfectly dry, clean clothes. And don’t let waswas steal your day - intention matters, Allah knows your worry.
