Hey everyone, quick question about ghusl for janabah - does it clean away other impurities too?

So just wondering, if you do ghusl for janabah (like after marital relations or something), does that mean you're also purified from other minor impurities? Like, if a dog licked you or something - would you still need to do wudu separately for that or is the ghusl enough to cover everything? Trying to figure out the details, jazakallah khair!
