What if every wrong action was instantly visible to all?
Picture this: every single sin you commit is suddenly out in the open. Every secret mistake, every hidden failure, known by everyone around you. Could any of us handle that shame? But Alhamdulillah, Allah is the Most Patient, As-Sabur. He doesn't rush to punish us. Instead, He grants us time, opportunity, and space to seek forgiveness and turn back to Him. Our scholars teach that this beautiful name means Allah does not act hastily against those who sin, but patiently allows time for tawbah. The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: "No one is more patient in enduring offensive words they hear than Allah." SubhanAllah! Even when people speak falsely about Him, He continues to provide them with health and sustenance. We sin, we forget Him, we delay our repentance, yet He showers us with blessings every single day. This should truly humble us. That delay in consequence? It might just be Allah giving you another chance. So, if you still feel that pinch of regret in your heart and you wish to return, and if you can still raise your hands in sincere du'a, then know this, by Allah's will, the door to His mercy is still wide open. May Allah forgive our hidden and open sins, make us swift in repentance, soften our hearts, and never allow us to take His boundless mercy for granted. Ameen.
