Dua for What Seems Out of Reach

Assalamu alaikum, everyone. I know we often hear that we should never underestimate Allah’s power, but is it really practical to make dua for something that feels impossible? I just finished my exams, and honestly, I don’t think I did well. I’m really stressed about my grades. I’ve been hoping to get into a top university, but after how the exams went, I doubt I got the marks I needed. Results won’t come until August. Even though I spent two years working hard and staying disciplined, I ran out of time and missed many questions, and the ones I answered didn’t reflect my best effort. So, is it unrealistic to keep hoping? I really want those grades and that university spot because I know I deserved better, but my performance has me worried. Dua feels like my only lifeline, but I still can’t shake the feeling that I won’t get the results I need.
