At the lowest point in my life

Assalamu Alaikum, I'm 16 and honestly, I'm at the lowest point I've ever been. It feels like everything is just too much and I'm really struggling. It's too hard to go into what's happening, but I just wanted to reach out to you all for some support. Please make dua for me-that Allah accepts my duas, lifts this heaviness from my heart, and gives me real peace, clarity, and guidance.
