A humble visitor: Can a non-Muslim attend a Mosque for worship?
As-salamu alaykum, I've been a Christian for as long as I can remember, and growing up, I've often heard people describe Islam in a way that doesn't resonate with me. From the beginning, I've always felt that there's something profoundly beautiful about Islamic worship, and in some ways, it reminds me of the reverence and mystery I see in my own faith traditions. As a Christian, I've visited different churches to pray, observe, and understand. Now, I'm curious - would it be acceptable for me to visit a Mosque, to learn and show respect during worship? I come with an open heart and a desire to understand. Jazak Allahu khairan for your guidance.
