A Concern About Past Prayers and Wudu

As-salamu 'alaykum everyone, I'm feeling a little anxious and wanted to share. Alhamdulillah, I've been a revert for nearly three years now. When I first started praying, I was still wearing nail polish and acrylics. At the time, I came across a specific scholarly opinion online that suggested it might be permissible, and since I wasn't following a particular madhab yet, that view made sense to me, so I acted on it, even though I knew it was a minority position. This year, I decided to start following the Maliki madhab, and I've learned that it clearly states nail polish invalidates wudu. Now I'm really worried-does this mean all my past prayers are invalid? Do I have to make them up? This includes prayers I made even after learning about this opinion but couldn't remove the acrylics due to school commitments, so I prayed with them on anyway. I'd rather be safe than sorry, but the thought is honestly scary. How could I possibly redo years of prayers-like 365 days times five daily prayers, plus all the prayers from my first year? Has anyone else been through something similar? Any advice or tips would be so appreciated. Jazakum Allahu khayran.
