Struggling with lowering my gaze during college orientation

Salam everyone, Just wrapped up college orientation and honestly, keeping my gaze down was way harder than I thought. A lot of the sisters were wearing really revealing outfits, and even though I tried my best to avoid looking, I feel like I slipped up more than I wanted. For those who’ve been through uni while trying to hold onto your deen-any real tips? How do you manage without staring at the floor or making things weird in conversations? Any habits, mental tricks, or reminders that actually worked for you? Not judging anyone, just trying to protect my heart and get closer to Allah. Jazakum Allahu khayran.
