Seeking Guidance on My Studies and Future

Assalamu alaikum, everyone. I'm currently studying for the NEET exam to hopefully get into an MBBS program. Honestly, things aren't easy for me right now. I haven't been able to tell my parents that I'm struggling with my studies, and I've been feeling really down and stressed. I've been preparing for this exam for three years now, and this time, my confidence is low. But I hold firm tawakkul in Allah that He will do what is best for me. I'm not sure what my future holds, but I've got a strong desire to earn money so I can start an orphanage and help those in need. I don't even know if it's possible, but I'm determined to work hard for it. Could you please offer some advice? I'm still learning about Islam, but I love Allah and our Prophet Muhammad.
