Salam everyone. Today, my husband had a tough talk at work. For the past couple of months, he's been struggling a bit with his duties because his mother has been unwell. HR gave him three weeks to step things up, or he might lose his job. He’s honestly never had any issues like this before in his career. He didn't mention his mom's situation because he values his privacy and didn't want to make excuses, plus he was just too stunned to speak during the meeting.
