Finding Ease in Astagfirullah During Hard Times
Assalamu alaikum, I’ve struggled with really bad anxiety-like social stuff, health worries, and phobias-since I was little. Honestly, nothing seemed to work, not even therapy. I even found it hard to focus on my salah because my mind was always racing. About three years ago, I started trying to recite Astagfirullah as much as possible. It wasn’t easy at first, but alhamdulillah, it’s helped calm my thoughts and made it easier for me to interact with people. If anyone’s dealing with anxiety too, maybe give it a try and recite it regularly. It might feel tough initially, but insha’Allah it can bring some peace.
