Eid Prayers at Home: Guidance for Sisters

Assalamu alaikum everyone! I'm from India, and in most mosques here, there aren't really arrangements for women to attend prayers. This applies to Eid prayers too, where women usually don't go to the mosque. So, I was wondering, can we offer Eid prayers at home instead, and if so, how do we do it properly?
