Nganjuk Dispatches 733 Pilgrims, Oldest 90 Years, Youngest 17
The Nganjuk Regency government sent off 733 pilgrims in three flight groups. The Head of the Nganjuk Hajj Office, Zainal Abidin Hanif Kamaloddin, said preparations are done. Departure kicks off Wednesday (4/20) from Sosrokoesumo Hall.
Group 112 has 210 pilgrims, group 113 has 374, and group 114 has 149. The schedule for entering the Sukolilo Hajj Dormitory in Surabaya is strict: the first group at 5 a.m. WIB, while groups 113 and 114 at 7 p.m. WIB. One pilgrim had to cancel due to health reasons and was replaced by a backup.
A total of 739 people set off, including six accompanying officers. The oldest pilgrim is Mrs. Marmi (90) from Sawahan, and the youngest is Muhammad Bustan Tsabit (17) from Loceret, Godean.
