Need advice on donating haram wealth

As-salamu alaykum, I recently came into some money but found out it’s haram. I asked my parents what to do, and they said to give it away in charity. My mom suggests giving it to her aunt. She’s a widow, living with her son who has some challenges and can’t work, and her daughter who tutors privately but barely gets by. The aunt needs new teeth, and mom thinks this could really help her. My dad thinks we should send it to Gaza. I’m leaning toward my mom’s idea, maybe that’s selfish, but at least I’d know her aunt gets the help directly. With Gaza, I worry the money might not reach the people fully or at all. I’m stuck-what’s the right thing to do in Islam? JazakAllah khair for any guidance.
