How Can I Pray When Keeping Clean Feels Impossible?

Assalamu alaikum, everyone. I recently started a 12-hour odd job, and the washing facilities there are honestly the worst I've ever seen. It takes me a while and some tissues to properly clean myself after using the bathroom, but the place just doesn't have what I need. Back at the accommodation provided for this work, it's the same situation or even worse. I feel like I'm praying with impurity (najas), and I keep crying to Allah to forgive me for the situation I've found myself in, but I had no choice-I need this job for at least a month. Under these conditions, how should I pray my five daily salah? (I'd really appreciate answers backed by confirmations from scholars.) Sometimes this feeling of being unclean gets to my head so much that I end up missing prayers. Apart from giving me a solution, please make dua that Allah gets me out of this tough situation.
