Are parents always correct according to Islam?

Assalamu alaykum My mom keeps telling me that if she ever makes dua against me, I’m finished-even though I’ve been taking care of her kids (my sisters) like they’re my own. Like, just now I wanted to bring my sister to the emergency room because she’s hurting, but my mom is shouting and blocking me, saying I’ll only bring it up later to throw in her face (since my stepdad just sits there during fights-I call him out for doing nothing, which actually makes her mad at me, even though I’m on her side). I know for a fact I’m not in the wrong; I’ve been like a father and a big brother to them, and I only want the best. But she won’t even let me take her to the ER. I’m exhausted from feeling like I’m messing up Islamically when I haven’t done anything wrong. Does Islam always back parents, or can I be right sometimes? Jazakum Allahu khayran.
