Feeling Like My Duas Are Not Answered

Assalamu alaikum, brothers and sisters. I need to get something off my chest. I’m not a bad person, at least I try my best, so why does it feel like Allah isn’t responding to my supplications? I’m honestly struggling-my health is poor and the atmosphere at home is toxic. I’ve been making dua for relief, but things seem to get worse. I even asked for this trial to end, but it continues. I looked for work and found nothing. I pray, I give sadaqa, I don’t harm others, yet all I see is misfortune. Right now, it just feels unfair and I’m losing hope, like my prayers aren’t making any difference. Has anyone else felt this way?
