Do I need to seek forgiveness, or is leaving it to Allah enough?

Assalamu alaikum. I had a disagreement with my sister. She came into my room while I was asleep and started putting on makeup, switched on the light, and was talking loudly. I asked her when she’d leave, and she said she’d go when she felt like it. Things got heated and I ended up cursing at her. She was disrespectful, so I was disrespectful back. This happened about 10 days ago and we haven’t really spoken since. It was extra hard because I had been up all night and only got 2–3 hours of sleep, but she didn’t even acknowledge that. Alhamdulillah, I’m trying to strengthen my deen lately, but I’m confused-do I have to go and ask for her forgiveness? Will Allah punish me if my sister doesn’t forgive me, even though she hasn’t come to me either? For the sake of Allah, I do forgive her in my heart, but I don’t want to carry sins for this or be questioned about it on the Day of Judgment.
