Syiah Kuala University Officially Releases 70 Hajj Pilgrims from Faculty and Education Staff

Syiah Kuala University (USK) has officially released 70 Hajj pilgrims who are faculty members and education staff. The solemn release ceremony was held in the VIP Room of the AAC Dayan Dawood Building, Darussalam, Banda Aceh, on Friday, April 24, 2026. The USK Chancellor, Prof. Mirza Tabrani, emphasized Hajj as a longing for every Muslim. He reminded the pilgrims to perform the pilgrimage orderly and maintain their health while in the Holy Land, underscoring the importance of physical endurance and heartfelt devotion. The USK Vice Chancellor, Prof. Taufiq Saidi, expressed gratitude for Allah SWT's call and asked for prayers and forgiveness from the entire university family.
