Struggling to Attend Jumu'ah?

Assalamu alaykum. I'm thinking about embracing Islam, but I'm concerned because I live in a non-Muslim country and my job makes it really hard to get to Friday prayer. I work in different locations, so I can be far from any mosque-sometimes hours of driving round trip. It's not something I can just pop out for on a lunch break. I know it's an obligation for men, so I'm wondering how much of a problem this would be if I become Muslim. Any advice?
