Still Wondering About My First Prayers After Reverting

Assalamu alaikum, everyone. So I had started doing something like praying even before I officially reverted to Islam, but honestly, it probably wasn't done the right way at all. I'm not even sure when I actually learned the proper method-was it before or after taking my shahada? Also, right when I said the shahada for the first time, I got hit with some serious waswas making me second-guess everything, like 'what if Christianity is actually true?' and I had to mentally affirm my faith. Because of all that confusion, I don't know if my first prayers after that moment were valid or not. Plus, I don't remember the exact date of my reversion. My big question is: do I need to make up those early prayers or are they okay as they were? Any advice would be really appreciated, jazakAllah khair.
