Someone Left an Image of Prophet Isa (Jesus), Peace Be Upon Him, at My Doorstep

SubhanAllah, I wasn't home but my roommate told me someone kept knocking. After about 15 minutes, they left this picture of a man that looks like it could be a depiction of Prophet Isa (Jesus), peace be upon him. Wallahi, I'm not sure what to do with it. Any advice on how to respectfully handle this, brothers and sisters?
