Let's aim to send a thousand salawat today for multiplied blessings

As-salamu alaykum, family. Once more, the blessed Friday is here-what a special day to increase our good deeds! Let's try to devote a bit of time to sending a thousand durood upon our beloved Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). There’s a heartwarming hadīth where the Prophet (peace be upon him) shared: *“Whoever invokes blessings upon me once, Allah sends blessings upon him ten times.”* (Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim) Another beautiful narration encourages us: “Whoever sends blessings upon me, Allah will send blessings upon him tenfold, erase ten sins, and raise him ten degrees in status.” (Narrated by Aḥmad, An-Nasā’ī, and Al-Ḥākim) There's also a weaker yet uplifting narration from Anas ibn Mālik (may Allah be pleased with him) that says: *“Whoever invokes blessings upon me one thousand times on a Friday will not pass away until he sees his place in Paradise.”* Just a gentle reminder for everyone to take part. Here’s a short, lovely durood I often recite: **Arabic:** اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَىٰ مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِهِ أَلْفَ أَلْفَ مَرَّةٍ **Transliteration:** Allāhumma ṣalli ʿalā Muḥammadin wa ālihi alfa alfa marrah **Translation:** “O Allah, send Your blessings upon Prophet Muhammad and his family a thousand thousand (a million) times.”
