Looking to Make My Chicken Farm Halal for Muslim Friends

Hello, everyone, hope you're all doing well! I've been reading the Quran lately because I want to understand Islam better. I grew up Catholic and have Jewish family, so I'm curious about all Abrahamic faiths. Years ago, I worked with many Muslim colleagues who were so kind-they always invited me to share meals after sunset during Ramadan, and I really miss their warmth. Now I'm running a small chicken farm, producing enough eggs and meat to share or donate locally. Even though we're in a very rural, mostly Christian area, there's actually a sizable Muslim community here. I'd love to know: what can I do to make my chicken and eggs halal for my Muslim neighbors? I feel like this is a way to give back because when my family was struggling, Muslim neighbors fed us and helped my kids. If anyone has advice, I'd truly appreciate it!
